Time shifting your news reading is not new. Apps like Instapaper and Read It Later are already available on Android devices. The latest in the “I’ll read it when I have time” genre isReadability. This app “turns any Web page into a clean view for reading now or later on your computer or Android device.”
Similar to other read-later apps, Readability saves articles from your desktop browser (mobile browser not supported yet), strips away all of it’s formatting, and allows you to read it offline on not only any Android device, but Kindles as well. Not bad for a completely free app.
Interestingly, Readability is available in the Play Store only for non-U.S. residents, but for those of us in the States, we can get it in the Amazon App Store. Screenshots and download links after the break.
